Dan Brady is a Regulatory and Legislative Specialist for the Regulatory and Legislative Strategy Group for Brown & Brown. Dan’s responsibilities include consulting with Brown & Brown teams, customers, and prospects on employee benefits issues dealing primarily with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA the ACA, and other federal and state rules and regulations. Dan started with Brown & Brown in 2019 following his graduation from law school. Dan received his BA from the University of St. Thomas in 2013 and his JD with a concentration in compliance from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2019. During law school, Dan gained experience with regulatory and compliance matters while working at RBC Wealth Management and interning with TCF Bank. Prior to law school, Dan spent several years as a Marketing and Sales Representative with a small software company.
Amanda Olimb
Assistant Vice President @Brown & Brown Employee Benefits Regulatory and Legislative Strategy Group
Amanda Olimb is a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota who has specialized in the area of Employee Benefits since 2015. She rejoined the Hays Companies in July of 2021 as Assistant Vice President of Legislative and Regulatory Strategy. Currently she is responsible for answering employee benefits questions, writing compliance content, and delivering training both via the web and on-site. Amanda passed the Minnesota Bar in July of 2016, and was admitted to practice in October. Amanda graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law and is a Mitchell Fellow.
